Alan PicAs the founder and currently Chairman Emeritus of one of the largest and most influential search firms in the world Alan Schonberg has a one-of-a-kind view of the current economy in regards to staffing and recruitment based upon over 40 years in the business.  He has had a significant influence on the search and recruitment field from its earliest stages. Many of his recruitment methods and business strategies have become industry standards.

During that time Alan has seen the economy rise and fall a number of times and today he will share his insight and experience on how he has ridden those waves and come out on top each time.

Alan is a respected leader and participant in the business, political and civic communities. and built MRI over the years into the world’s largest search firm with over 1000 offices in the United States, Europe, Asia, the former Soviet Union, South America and Australia. MRI’s ascent resulted, to a great degree, from Alan's knack for identifying or creating trends, as well as for directing his company into fruitful new markets.
